If women ruled, the world would definitely be a better place. In order for this to happen, you have to believe in yourself. You have to say and do what you feel and at the same time respect yourself and the rest of the world. Getting regular exercise not only keeps your mind and body healthy but it makes you feel good, too. You don't have to be at the gym to exercise. Running, biking, doing dips at the train station and skipping the elevator to take the stairs can be great ways to get and stay fit. Keep in mind to always warm up first with stretches and other light exercise.

People should exercise at least two hours a day. Yes! Two hours, at least! Physical activity should be one of the most important parts of your life.
